The Introduction

Hello,

After many months of reading various personal finance blogs across the internet, I have decided to take the plunge and begin blogging about my money journey as well. There are some basics that you may like to know in order to understand where my thoughts and opinions are coming from: I am currently a student at a large public university in the midwest, and with graduation approaching in May 2010, I am trying to prepare myself for the beginning of my career and post-education life.

I plan to blog about my journey and will create an About Me page where you can read a few more facts about me, which may also help in understanding my posts.

I am looking forward to this journey - and hope that you find my writing entertaining and useful, and hopefully I will learn a thing or two from you as well
