Just got back from signing my apartment lease for my final year at school. I was hoping for a 9 month lease, as I know that I will not be staying in the apartment past graduation, but no luck. Hopefully I will be able to sublease over the summer.
My share of the rent will be close to $600 once we include everything (utilities, internet, cable, parking, rent, etc.) A bit cheaper than where I am at now, but here I am only locked in for the school year as the complex is owned by the university.
Finally received my W2 from my former employer, so I'd like to get my taxes taken care of pretty soon.
Today I've got to clean my room - it is a DISASTER. I've also got some school work to take care of. Other than that, I'll just be sitting around and relaxing. Friday I went to the Detroit Auto Show which was great fun, and yesterday I was stuck at work.
